All candidates are pre-interviewed by the Customer and their competence level is properly checked. The development team is under Customer’s management and can be considered as ODC. The offshore staffing is applied instead of hiring new people and expanding space, and as an opportunity to cut down costs and focus on core competencies.

Offshore outsourcing model

In terms of this model a Customer outsources the whole project or part of it to Novacom IT specialists. Our offshore IT outsourcing company handles operations, hiring, ongoing development, and maintenance of software. Customer stays aware of each project’s stage, prototypes and milestone reports are provided on the pre-arranged basis. This outsourcing model applied when Customer needs IT specialists onsite for internal work at Customer’s office. However onsite outsourcing is regularly combined with offshore development for immediate problem resolution or integration issues. The main benefits of onsite outsourcing model are face-to-face interaction with Customer, first-hand information, and therefore minimizing alterations in later stages.

Offshore outsourcing model
