Contract. Before starting IT service rendering we close a contract in which intellectual property rights and issues of confidentiality are carefully stipulated. Novacom has never be involved in any disputes concerning intellectual property fraud.

Staffing policy. Each employee at Novacom signs a Non-disclosure agreement before starting to perform his or her duties.

Information security management policy. At Novacom this policy is documented and enforced.
