Functionality: Implementation of portal’s programming platform (OracleAS+OracleDB), implementation of subsystem performing the following functions:
- collecting of personalized record-keeping documents from public payers;
- processing (checking of electronic digital signature, logical data control);
- generating, keeping and transfer of processed data (receipts and reports) to payers.
- Data exchange is performed under cryptographic protection.
